LOCATION: 2003- Hame and Pirkanmaa, Finland; 2006- Moray, Badenoch, Strathspey, Inverness & Secret Location, Scotland; Also Germany & Finland. From 2003-2009, 14.7% from Finland, 20.2% from Scotland, 65.1% from Germany. CAUSES OF DECLINE: Poisoning= from excess pesticide use. REASON FOR ACTION: Return breeding population (only have overwintering). Connect small populations. HABITAT TYPE: Artificial lake with forests & grasslands.
